Personal Information

This policy explains how we handle the personal data and privacy of potential customers who make an enquiry for plumbing & heating work and for customers who have plumbing & heating work carried out by ourselves.

We only collect the minimum amount of data required to fulfil your enquiry and order and uphold any warranties of products supplied. We never sell or trade any of your personal data.

Upon receipt of your initial enquiry, your contact details are stored securely on our database for our information only, unless you advise us otherwise.

Our estimates and invoices detail your contact information, i.e. name, address, email address and telephone number and are stored securely on our database and/or accounting software.

Estimates are deleted after a period of one year if work has not commenced during that time. We may provide your address details to suppliers for the delivery of equipment and materials.

If other tradesmen need to be involved and visit your property, we would seek your consent before passing on your contact details.

Invoices are kept for a period of 6 years in accordance with HMRC regulations. After that time, your documents are deleted.

Apart from HMRC and our accountants, we would not share your data with anyone else except in the following circumstances:

  1. When boilers are installed we are obliged to record with gas safe/local authority under building regulations.
  2. As part of our service, boilers, unvented cylinders and water softeners warranties are registered by the Company having obtained the customers prior consent.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information automatically when you visit our Site.
